Friends & Family
You may already be part of the sandwich generation - helping parents as well as children. With so many people relying on you, your health is a necessity, not a luxury and is certainly not selfish! It's an investment that everyone will benefit from.
Independence
Falls are the #1 cause of non-fatal injury amongst adults. One fall could change your life, alter your independence, and create a downward spiral of other health issues. Don't "fall" victim to this life-changing, preventable problem.

Why personal training?
The reason I’m passionate about serving older adults in particular is because our healthcare system is overburdened with people who have chronic illnesses that are lifestyle driven. I’ve helped so many people create healthy habits and know that understanding the barriers are so important. For example, I’ve known so many women whose main objection to getting healthier was simply the gym! Have you ever felt intimidated to go to the gym? By hiring an independent personal trainer, you can exercise on your own terms and in your space.
A personal trainer makes it easy to just do, and not think, about what to do or how to exercise.
I also know that many people are going to be part of the “sandwich generation”, if they’re not already. I have been there myself. Between having a chronic, debilitating skin condition, raising a child, and helping my mom care for my dad a few years ago, it was really stressful. Working out was the furthest thing from my mind. I’m glad that I was teaching a lot of group classes and working with clients already… it always boosted my mood and helped me sleep better!
It can be hard to motivate when you’re burdened with a lot of responsibility and lack of time. I strive to give you the biggest return on your investment by making it fun to step out of your comfort zone, while also building resilience… all while creating an effective, efficient, and fun exercise program that does not require stepping into a gym.
Gigi has been my trainer now for around 6 months. It was the best thing that I could do for myself as a busy mom. She is wonderful, I am so much stronger, and more confident. Her workout plans are fun but challenging. She is also extremely accommodating, I had a knee injury and she makes sure to modify workouts around this injury and is always checking in with me to make sure that exercises are not disturbing the injury. I encourage everyone to join Gigi, or at the very least schedule a consultation with her.
I love Gigi's energy which is both calm and collected but also very positively reinforcing : push to maximize effort but never make me feel lacking. A unique quality and preccious one in a teacher/trainer.
